Established 1803 • Hamilton County, Ohio
Planning for sound future development while preserving our rural character.
The Zoning Department was established to plan, create goals for land use development, and oversee the future growth of Crosby Township. As the Township attracts more residents, it is necessary to preserve the atmosphere that makes Crosby Township a pleasant place to live.
The Zoning Resolution was originally adopted by the Trustees in November 1974. The purpose of the resolution is to promote public health, safety, morals, comfort, and general welfare; to conserve and protect property and property values; to secure the most appropriate use of land; and to facilitate adequate but economical provision of public improvements, all in accordance with Chapter 519 of the Ohio Revised Code.
