A rural community in Hamilton County, Ohio, where heritage meets hospitality.

Our History & Heritage

Crosby Township is a body corporate and politic established under the constitution and laws of the State of Ohio. Our township is directed by a publicly elected three-member Board of Trustees who oversee all township operations and services.

The Township provides essential services including road and bridge maintenance, fire protection, and emergency medical services. We contract with the Hamilton County Sheriff for law enforcement services.

Crosby Township is home to the historic Whitewater Shaker Village, the only one of four Ohio Shaker Villages retaining most of its original buildings in their original settings. Our community also benefits from the Miami Whitewater Forest, one of Hamilton County’s premier parks covering over 4,300 acres.
